Clinical Indications

Fortini Multi Fibre is a Food for Special Medical Purposes, for use under medical supervision only. It is indicated for the dietary management of:

• Disease-related malnutrition in children
• Faltering growth and growth failure
• High energy and protein requirements
• Constipation or diarrhoea where fibre supplementation is appropriate

Contraindications: Not suitable for infants under 1 year of age, patients with galactosaemia, or patients requiring a fibre-free diet. Due to the fibre content, intakes greater than 4 bottles per day should be used with caution in young children. Always use under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional or dietitian.

Who Is This For?

Fortini Multi Fibre is prescribed or recommended for children aged 1–12 years (minimum 8kg body weight) who are unable to meet their nutritional requirements through normal diet alone — including children with disease-related malnutrition, chronic illness, or feeding difficulties. It can be used as a supplement alongside food or as a sole source of nutrition from 1 year onwards. Serving & Storage

Best served chilled. May be gently warmed (do not boil) or frozen. Shake well before opening. Once opened, reseal and refrigerate; discard unused content within 24 hours. Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place.
